We accept TriWest for Veterans Affairs. For all other insurances, we are considered out of network.

A super-bill can be provided each month for you to pursue reimbursement through your insurance. 

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, debit or credit card. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted for payment.

Private payment options allow for your plan of care to be determined by your needs, not the mandates of your insurance company.
