Insurance

We are in-network with the following insurances:

• TriCare West

• Alaska VA Community Care Network

• Premera BlueCross Blue Shield

For all other insurances, we are considered out of network. 

A receipt can be provided each month for you to pursue reimbursement through your insurance. 

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, debit or credit card. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted for payment.

Private payment options allow for your plan of care to be determined by your needs, not the mandates of your insurance company.

If you wish to use insurance benefits, the fastest way to establish services with Eisenman Speech Therapy is to have your doctor send a referral directly to us.
